A flower share is a way for a customer to connect directly with us as a local flower grower. By ordering a share, you are reserving a portion of our flower crop for your house and happiness. When the flowers start blooming, you will receive a weekly bouquet made with fresh, local flowers that are perfectly in season.

Flower Share Terms Of Service

PICKING UP YOUR SHARE

I understand that it is my responsibility to find a substitute to take my share if I am unable to pick up for any reason. If I am unable to pick up my share or find a substitute to pick up my share, I will not receive credit or a refund for the shares that are not picked up. I understand that if my share is not picked up on the scheduled day, I forfeit that share and it will be donated.

CHANGES TO MY SHARE

I understand that once I have purchased a flower share, I cannot request a different pick-up date for my share, or extend my share due to a missed pick-up for any reason. I may coordinate the transfer of my share to another individual. I understand that Longbourn Blooms LLC does not organize these transfers and that I will make all arrangements with the new shareholder to pay me directly for the remainder of the share.

SHARE START DATES

I understand that the start of each flower share is flexible and based on weather conditions and flower availability. I understand that Longbourn Blooms LLC will communicate via email to inform all shareholders of updates and start dates and that it is my responsibility to contact the farm via email if I am not receiving notifications near the specified share start dates.
